Going deeper

Boden is super customer focussed. So when they spotted a possible disconnect between how their 30-something US customers were living and what their young designers in London were designing they dispatched us to New England.

We spent a week observing, probing and chatting with customers, recording their responses on video to close the gap between what Boden thought its customers needed and what they really wanted.

It’s one of over 40 pieces of work we did for Boden over several years helping bring out the heart o the brand to it’s staff and customers. Julian Granville, Boden CEO told us we “got under the skin” of the business better than anyone.
