Power of the Story

We’d had a Dualit toaster for 20 years and it was still going strong so we boldly approached the founding family of this world-class brand and suggested we could help them fill an important gap in their marketing strategy.

“You’ll never get Dad on camera” Alex Gort-Barten told us “he wants the product to speak for itself”. We helped them recognise that customers want to buy into a story, and their’s was too good not to share.

As well as creating a film which has been on their website for the past 11 years - with occasional updates as needed -  we trained the staff to create their own content to keep the Dualit story fresh and alive.

They helped us realise we had a story to tell and now show this at the start of every new buyer meeting
