One Point is an outstanding company – highly focused on improving digital systems for clients, with a strong company culture built around team bonding over meals and downtime. However, when I first met the founder, I sensed they weren’t fully aware of how they were presenting themselves to the outside world – to potential clients and newcomers.

This often happens with highly focused companies. They're so immersed in their work that they forget to step back and assess how they're perceived. So, we did a "360 review" of their website, LinkedIn, and reception area. How does it feel to experience One Point from the outside?

One of the first things I noticed was how dull the office environment seemed, with staff hunched over computers and buried in technical data. But after spending time with the team, I quickly realised how brilliant and quirky they really are. We had fun updating their staff photos to capture their true spirit. These aren’t just tech experts – they’re creative, playful geniuses, and it’s essential that potential clients see that, so they hire them in the right way.
