We then spent 15 years helping companies clarify vision and values, recruit the right people and engage customers at a deeper level, working with household names like Ikea, Boden, Dualit and Octopus along with lots of start-ups and charities.
Now we get invited in with a wider remit, probing without undermining re-humaise the corporate, help the shy to be bolder, get customers more involved
