Two friends founded Octopus with the dream of transforming their industry. Starting out above Costcutters with a borrowed phone, the Octopus founders wanted new recruits to be inspired by their humble beginnings and understand that they did not become a half billion turnover company overnight.

As Boden's workforce grew to over 1,000 people across four countries, they needed a way to tell the company’s story to new recruits. Johnnie Boden uses this film to introduce the company.

It perfectly captures the spirit of Boden – from how Johnnie started the business to how everyone is engaged in the much larger and slightly eccentric Boden family.
