Infrastructure specialists FM Conway have the double blessing of a 50 year old family heritage and a record of innovation. Filming over the course of a year we tried to harness both in a 2 minute film for internal and external audiences.

As Charlie prepares to open up a brand new production kitchen in Dulcote which spans over 132,500 square feet, he reflects on the first 25 years of his journey. From making food for his local deli on his kitchen table to becoming one of the biggest name in gourmet pre-made meals.

Octopus Founders

Two friends founded Octopus with the dream of transforming their industry. Starting out above Costcutters with a borrowed phone, the Octopus founders wanted new recruits to be inspired by their humble beginnings and understand that they did not become a half billion turnover company overnight.

The Story of Boden

As Boden's workforce grew to over 1,000 people across four countries, they needed a way to tell the company’s story to new recruits. Johnnie Boden uses this film to introduce the company.

We send The Story of Boden film to new employees before they start. It perfectly captures the spirit of Boden – from how Johnnie started the business to how everyone is engaged in the much larger and slightly eccentric Boden family. It really paints an authentic picture of us. It’s also easy to update – as we grow the film changes with us.
